Lindsay McLeod, RMT
Lindsay has always had an affinity for the healing power of physical touch. She believes strongly that skin-to-skin contact is vital not only for mental and emotional health but physical well-being, too. She recently graduated from Calgary’s MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy, where she obtained her 2200 hour diploma.
Lindsay uses a variety of therapeutic and Swedish massage techniques to provide pain management and deep relaxation in her treatments. As a massage therapist, it’s important for her to take the time to listen to her client’s goals, catering specifically to each individual's needs. In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys being in nature, creating art, making music, and spending time with friends and family.
Lindsay loves focusing her treatments on:
-
Postural dysfunction
-
Myofascial pain and Fascial restrictions
-
Tendinopathies and overuse injuries
-
Headaches and migraines
-
TMJD (Temporomandibular Joint Disorder)
-
