Cancellation Policy

Our practitioners are independent contractors paid per service. A late cancellation or no-show directly impacts their pay and may prevent another patient from using the appointment slot. We kindly ask that you respect both our practitioners and other patients.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a minimum $20 fee for the first cancellation, with the possibility of being charged the full appointment price depending on the situation and cancellation history. Cancellation fees will be applied automatically to your account and charged to your credit card on file.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of booking privileges.
